Nice place, good rooms, great price The hotel is clean and large. Everything was fine. Bathrooms and linens were spotless and so was the kitchen.

Suited my needs Chose Extended stay Motel because we needed a kitchen, laundry, free parking, as well as handicapped accessible. This Motel had all the amenities needed. Staff was friendly and fulfilled any extra requests we had. The location was easily accessible to the freeway, airport and grocery stores. We were not in Chicago for a sightseeing trip, so if you are looking for proximity to Chicago attractions, this would not necessarily fulfill your needs. Unsatisfied No weekend housekeeping service. No weekend maintainance. I called with a complaint about the DVD player because it was broken and they would do NOTHING. Also, though I did nothing to make it happen, the bed was way too firm and uncomfortable and I woke up the last night with what amounted to a broken hip, it HURT THAT MUCH!!!

Great hotel for the money We stayed just one night but we imagine that it would be great if your staying longer too. Large rooms and kitchenets make you feel more like at home. Don't expect a great view from your window Continental breakfast is actually coffee and donuts. Great hotel for the money.

Average..Not so pleasant Pros: price, location, kitchen Cons: Its true that "you get what you pay" but getting extra $5 for internet connectivity is something bad. The worst part is being Wi-Fi if you are not close to reception desk the signal strenght is VERY VERY LOW...Worst toilet and bedding. If you have a 3rd person there is no extra bed its a pull out bed from couch. There is no blanket/comforter for 3rd guest in the room.

Great staff, location and great price! I have stayed in much fancier places, but this fit my needs perfectly! The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was basic yet roomy, and having a refrigerator and microwave was a plus. Location was ideal. All in all, this was a great value!

You get what you pay for The hotel was inexpensive so it's hard to complain because you get what you pay for. The A/C unit leaked all over the floor. The front desk people weren't as helpful as I would have liked. They didn't seem as competent as I would expect hotel staff to be.
