I can't complain,but sometimes I still do As usual,Extended Stay has never let me down Clean room,comfortable bed,GREAT RATE,if I had to say anything negative,hallways had an odd smell,otherwise,good smow for a nickel
Cozy, Clean and Comfortable Beautiful clean room with attentive friendly staff. Staff was immediately attentive to needs and welcoming on a snowstorm weekend in Iinois.
Smoking/Non-Smoking? I specified a non-smoking room when I booked on line and the booking site had the room listed as "non-smoking" The room smelled of smoke. Not bad but the smell was there. There was a ashtray in the room.
