Great value great room good breakfast
Conveniently Located The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was great. The only negative was that the housekeeping missed cleaning the toilet. But no problem, they came in right away and took care of it.
Nice place to stay Had two room because we brought friends on the trip with us. Nice kitchenette, full size fridge. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Chicago. The staff was very friendly. Wish they had a pool & hot tub but still a nice place to stay.

Stay was okay but you should stop advertising "free brekfast" since hardly anything was offered as a meal. Staff was courteous.
I will be staying again! The hotel staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, & very inexpensive!
I was upset that we asked for more pillows and we had to go to the front desk to get them.
