Bad place to stay don't stay here Dont ever stay at this hotel. Room wasn't what I booked and they wouldn't do anything for me. Very unhappy!!!!!!!!!

Close to our son's paintball tournament We were very disappointed when we had reserved a room with two queen beds through hotel.com and when we arrived we found only one bed in the room. We had to take a roll-a-way bed for our son. All other hotels in the area were booked or we would have looked for another one. The room was a lot smaller than other extended stay hotels I've stayed in and that is the reason we sought your hotel thinking it would be the same as others. Extended Stay in Romeoville, IL - too much traffic I do not recommend this hotel. Too much traffic causes you to sit at lights for long period of time just to go anywhere. I was not greeted by the front desk staff right away. I stood there for almost five minutes before acknowledged by woman who was scanning a sheet of paper and another woman was standing near by and did not greet me. Poor Management My refrigerator broke and spoiled my weeks worth of food. I gave the manager the opportunity to make this right but it didn't fit into her 10am to 2pm work day. The maintenance team was great but even they admitted the appliances were old and breaking and the rooms need new clean carpet. I don't expect much out of and extended stay but the reason I stay here is for the kitchenette. With out that this is another scummy motel.

Can do a LOT better for the same price. Stayed there on NYE 2011. It was close to where I was going. Where to start? Take-out Chinese strewn all over the front foyer (apparently they dropped it trying to navigate the doorway, and just left it there). No dish soap. No take-away paper or styrofoam coffee cups in the room - bring your own I guess. Towels need to be bleached. Desk not manned 24/7. worst night ever was a very dirty place hallways stairways and room . hd to wait about half an hour to check in ...because it was after 11:00pm and had to make about ten calls just to get someone to pickup the phone . very disappointed

Hotel Purgitory in Romeoville, IL A recent stay at the Extended Saty Hotel in Romeoville IL was outragous and disgusting. This hotel should be closed immediately and Orbitz should not accept reservations for this property. Contacting the staff on a major Nascar weekend turned out to be a waist of time. The manager was not on property the entier weekend leaving her staff to face very upset customers on their own. Do not stay in this property if you value any common sence of a clean hotel

Extended Stay America in Romeoville IL This hotel was listed as a 3 star on the website but it is anything but! The air conditioning did not work, the fan in the bathroom did not work. The mgmt attempted to fix it but to no avail, we were not offered another room until late on the third night of a five night stay! Awful. The carpeting needed to be replaced, very stained, the beds were the hardest beds I've ever slept on and the TV was very small and old. Extended Stay America-Romeoville, IL The front desk at this hotel is VERY RUDE!!!! the cleanliness of the hotel is filthy!! I will not stay at this hotel again!
