STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Room smelled so bad I didn't want to do anything in it but sleep, everything felt sticky, food left in the fridge. Let the front desk know and they did nothing. Had to keep dryer sheets in the vents to bare being in the room. Ruined my whole trip with the family. Stay away from this location as I even had to wash my clothes and bags 2x just to get the smell of the room out of my items. Not at all a good place to stay The hotel DOES NOT have daily room service. Even if it says breakfast is provided, they have nothing for breakfast, just some chocolate bars. I have stayed in other Extended Stay hotels and this one is far worse.

Terrible customer service. Service was terrible. They double charged me then didn't seem like they wanted to really help figure it out. The guy kept making up reasons why HE felt they didn't double charge me. At first he did call to check once someone on his end said they didn't he was no help. Even with my bank saying they could prove it. We had to dispute one of the charges because he refused to do anything past that and kept givin his wrong opinion on what he thought made it happen. Very disappointed, no utensils at all in kitchen, not even a glass. Front desk staff was really great though

No ice trays, no ash trays , blinds on Windows wouldn't close fully. Besides that it was "ok" not the best for 85$

Room was not the cleanest I've ever seen. First room smelled bad and did not contain a king bed. Second room definitely needed a thorough cleaning the closer I looked at things and could use some updates. I also found what appeared to be a piece of dog poop on the carpeting. Would not stay in this hotel again if I was in the area or any other for that reason.

Dilusions of Grandeur Hotel honestly thought that it was worth charging me 85 bucks on Friday and then going up to 100 bucks on Saturday for the same exact stay, and musky smoked out room. I asked for a nonsmoking room. I guess this one had been smoked in before and maybe CONVERTED into a nonsmoking room. Not happy at all and management would not budge in either trying to upgrade it or adjusting the room price. There was nothing significant happening for the upcharge on saturday either

WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN WENT TO USE MY TV AND THE BACK OF THE REMOTE WAS GONE AS WERE THE BATTERIES. CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND I HAD TO GO DOWN TO GET A NEW REMOTE. READY TO GO TO BED AND NO CLOCK IN THE ROOM. PILLOWS WERE TERRIBLE. 3 PILLOWS THAT SQUISHED TO NOTHING. NOISY FROM TRUCK TRAFFIC.
