Look for another Hotel in Naperville! Room was not clean -- mold growing on bathroom ceiling, dirt pushed into corners of floor. Hotel staff failed to provide wake up calls, and area is more like a truck depot than a hotel area. Traffic on weekdays was atrocious -- would definitely NEVER stay here again. Oh, and the free breakfast is a basket of granola bars that you can grab from on way out of lobby. The word that comes to mind to describe it is grim. Meh... This is an extended stay, so a lot of people pretty much live there. Dogs barking all hours of the night, people constantly slamming doors, and your breakfast is a box of chewy bars. Not the worst I've stayed at, but high on the list

Unprofessional service Arrived at 2:06am, it's took 28 minutes to check in. I had too leave 9am. *Their computer froze * Printer didn't worked * They couldn't find my name on computer * Luckily my room was double bed, I'm positive in first one sheet wasn't changed.

Well considering all the issues I wasn't happy about waking up to a bed bug never helps. Disgusted and still waiting to here back from the hotel manager and a free one night stay is not going to fix this!
Some people are there due to work situations, or waiting in a move into a home, but others are there due to, who knows what! Had either a drug overdose or a suicide while we stayed. Also one night, around 3am, a women pounding on another door, screaming and yelling. Never again!

Housekeeping Unfortunately I will never return! When I entered the lobby I was not greeted although the gentleman at the desk was on the phone, I believe it's still polite to briefly acknowledge customer's presence. The hallaways smelled horrible! I had to leave and go purchase disinfectant supplies and air freshener to spray and swipe down in the room. My children were even unhappy about the stay. No many channels to choose from on the television. The refrigerator out of no where began to make a loud noise for about 30mins.... read more
