Front desk staff was friendly but later the same day at night it was so much noise from all the rooms people were like fighting knocking the walls make a lot of nose noise yelling and I told the front desk and they told me that there’s nothing they can do about it because they are kind of scare of the Clients because they were drunk which to me was gonna like this funny but I guess anyway so the guy just give me another room so I can be able to sleep, but there’s only thing he can do for me which didn’t fix the problem becau... read more

Stay anywhere else. Horrible staff that will treat you like a criminal just for checking in. Stay next door at the Holiday Inn if you have to stay in the area.

loads of differed maintenance and equipment not working here. I was there 4 days and they could not fix my AC unit. They had to be reminded many times and one of the front desk staff asked me did I get a report in the system (their job?). NO pans or dishes in the room unless you check them out. The floors are not cleaned well the the rooms and cause your feet to become black

Property smell bad. AC did not work. Waited over 20 minutes for staff to show up to check in. Staff would not bring dishes to room.

Odd place They let us check in an hour early. That was nice, but when we got there they charged us an extra 100$ for my little dogs. I intentionally looked for pet prices online and found not find any. Also, 10 min of us checking in, and settling in and this man walked right in offering room service. They didn't speak English, and with broken English he told us we needed to check out. Room was dirty, 2 lamps didn't work, halls smell like cat pee, breakfast bar was a joke! Not staying there EVER again.

Property was not well kept. Room had curtains with holes, damage to furniture, stains, spiders. Knew it wasn't going to be a 5 star experience but expected some standards.

The room was clean and okay but the hallway smelled like every room was cooking curry. No public restroom due to its bad history of someone killing themselves in it.
