I had no towels, I had a ragidy bed, half the lamps did not work in the room. The floors where dirty there was stuff splattered all over the furniture and finger prints was on everything glass in the room. And the pictures on the site does not look anything like the rooms
Terrible smell! Dirty! Would never stay here! Didn’t spend the night
Room for the price was ok , however what I didn’t like was the fact that they charge 50 dollars deposit at check in and the bed pillows are very old they need to change them
Location good. It rooms are filthy and I was lied to saying I would get a discount which I really would have preferred a full refund! Switched rooms like three times and still all rooms don’t get cleaned properly!
Rooms are dirty! I expected a full refund or a discount for at least one day because I stayed for the third night. Never got a refund like I was told that I’d probably would receive from the woman at the front desk. Spoke with manager and only received a free upgrade which the room seemed cleaned except for the floors! but when we actually got in the room, it smelled very musty and disgusting! Bad body odor!
