Misleading on the breakfast. They said grab and go but only cup cakes and granola bars are there. Inside fridge water is leaking. From the AC also water leaks. All cupboards are aged need to replace them.
Had the room right by house keeping and they slammed the door at all hours especially extremely early. they also gave keys to and told two grown men they had my room while I was in it and was startled to them trying to get into my room at 10 oclock at night. As a young women traveling by herself I was scared. They were rattling the door knob trying the keys etc I didnt know if they were trying to break in and do who knows what? Simple and short, They denied me my room, because I present my matricula, even do I show my TVDL and the card I used to book the room, the manager even ask me how was I able to book it without an state ID, just for record I have book before with no issues but this time this guy in-discriminated me for being mexican, even says that I need an sponsor if I want to stay there, I recorded him so I will sue this place, I know my rights and they will answer to this, my daughter and wife were waiting in the car pass midnight and I h... read more
