Sad Sadly this was a big disappointment. They didn’t have to give us a key but promised to come in 15 minutes with one. Never happened. There was no remote in the room either. The desk clerk tried but fell short. The rooms were very old and had many cracks in the walls and cupboards. The night sounds were loud too.
I never ended up staying here because of the deposit amount I submitted information for a refund but I don’t know if it was received and again I can’t get a hold of somebody at your company after speaking with someone yesterday I sent the necessary information in but if not heard And I’m almost and really could use the money
Room was not clean. There were urine stains in the bathroom & the bed had hairs on the sheets. We were given a different room but the entire facility was run down & the hallways had strong odors.

Stay was on the lower end of "ok". Everything is very outdated, bed was not comfortable especially the pillows and the fitted sheet kept coming off even at night. The fitted sheet was so hard to put back on like the sheet was super tight and hard to pull. Unfortunately we had the inconvenience of changing rooms because our tub would not drain when we took showers. Felt super dry in rooms, had a few nose bleeds because of it. Overall not 'terrible" but enough to not book at this particular location again.
TheWhat I did not like, was that the guests staying accross the hall, were yelling and screaming at one another in the middle of the night on Friday. They left their door propped open so that someone came and went, slamming the door, and arguing. This persisted well into the early morning on Saturday. I ventured over to the Staff Desk by 11 am, and checked out early. I assume since no one complained, that the staff wasn't aware. Dirty and unsafe. Sheets were stained. Hair in the bathroom. Disgusting.
