Very Pathetic and gross hotel..... It was the most pathetic stay i ever had in any hotel...the room was very smelly (smoke and weed). There were visible stains of spills all over the room specifically on refrigerator and furniture. Furniture was also broken. Room was full of bugs (I killed 5 of them before switching the room). New room was the same minus the bugs. PLEASE PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE.
Filthy room, amenities in poor shape. Definitely needs work. Will not stay there again.
Why have a kitchenette with absolutely zero utensils or dishes? Also—please add shampoo and conditioner to the bathroom amenities.
Check in guy was rude, there was no toilet paper in our room and the place smelled bad and the furniture was worn and looked dirty. Only stayed there because every other stay at America was great. Not sure we will do that again and we travel for work 9 months out of the year.
Staff member was very rude and tried to start an argument with me.
My stay was ok for the most part. I was there from Friday evening until Sunday morning and we did not receive a change in bedding or any fresh towels for the weekend. We only had two wash clothes to bathe with. The floor was also dirty, you could tell it had not been mopped or cleaned and you could tell that the room was previously occupied by a pet(s) as there was dog or car hair all over my socks when I first entered the room.
We stayed in room 224, hallway smells really bad, the room itself, the floors are dirty, office chair feels hard, bathroom smells like vomit, asked for airfreshner at the front desk, it didnt help at all. The towel rack is about to fall off. I will never stay here again.
