Floors were sticky, sheets were stained, garbage wasn’t emptied from previous guest.
No hot water. Dirty. Out of date. Terrible experience.
AC did not work!
This facility was very out dated and not the cleanest by far. Our room's carpet was dirty, a dead mosquito on the edge of our tub, a plastic bag covering our smoke detector with a smoke odor when it's supposed to be a non-smoking room. When asked for an extra face towel at 10am before check-out at 11, receptionist said that I could not get any until 5pm due to the housekeeping being out. Never again. We checked out and went to The Renaissance Hotel in Schaumburg and it was SUPERB! Took ANOTHER SHOWER and felt so much better!
