We arrived at 2:00. Check in was at 3:00. The lady said we could not check in until 3:00. Okay fair enough. So I asked where the lobby bathroom was. She told us there was no bathroom. I said there is no public restroom? She said no! Okay we went and found a gas station. Then we went back to check in with a different person. Funny thing, there were people in the lobby and they asked for a bathroom and the man gave them a key to a bathroom! There was no air conditioning on n the lobby and it was pretty dismal. Horrible!
It was horrible the hotel is old dirty, everything is very low quality and they where under construction, at 7a.m the banging on the hammers on the walls and roof woke us up and we traveled from the West Coast so it was 5a.m for us. Just TERRIBLE.
The hotel refused to honor the reservation. They claimed that they have overbooked and they cannot give us a room. When pressed (we arrived around 8:00 PM), the staff put us in a dirty room without basic facilities. I was forced to cancel and seek alternative accommodations. The staff were rude and uncooperative. Overall, a horrible experience.
