Bed sheet was dirty. After i complained they changed the room . The new room was worse. There was blood on the bed sheet. The lady at the front desk said there's nothing she could do about it.
Long wait to check out and only 1 person working. Front desk gave the dirty room, had to change it.
Bathroom had a strong smell of what I deeply hope was just mildew, one wall had a dent in it. I ended up having to go back home night of due to a family emergency, but, honestly, I probably wouldn't have stayed even if I could have.
Hotel was overlooked and they told my son he checked in late. My son checked in at 9pm. Then they 'upgraded' my son to a queen room with a broken toilet that smells all night long... they also charged him a night for no show. Probably wont get it back if i didnt call them.
I paid for a Queen bed and got a Full Size Bed. Not what I paid for. The room was dirty and the bathroom smelled awful. It also seemed like there had been someone smoking previously in the room. Luckily I only stayed one night and put up with it.
I made a reservation and drive 45 minutes to rest at this place and when I show up they told me that they don’t have any clean double beds rooms available because the housekeeping staff didn’t clean it.
Extremely stinky, light didn't work, tv didn't work. No plates, pans or anything. Extended stay?? I would think there would be minimum things. We tried once before, gave it another shot, NEVER AGAIN!! Front desk guy seemed very uninterested. I will say he did offer another room. He did refund us. Never will try them again!!
