Would not stay at this location again. The room was not clean. No ice Maxine’s. Several buttons did not respond in TV remote. Nice staff.
Dirty Bathroom We stayed at this hotel because it was convenient to our travels to Chicago. The hotel was very "tired" looking and although it was a non-smoking hotel, it smelled of cigarette smoke. Also, we wanted to take a shower before we left but before we ran water in the tub for the shower, there was dirt and hair all over the tub. We tried to address this with management before we left, but a manager was not on duty. Several attempts were made to contact him but he has never been available. What a stay! They have carefree hotel staff. They are not friendly at all and they don't care about what you want.
What an experience at this hotel. I spent three days at this hotel with my son. At first when I checked in, I thought it was neat and classy but as the days went by, I found out that they would not perform any room cleaning until your seventh day. I wonder why they want you to check into a neat environment but not want to maintain the cleanliness, even though I paid the same amount for all days spent.
