I had my families room biiked for nearky a month, and upon arrival we walked in to a horribke smell. Then our keys didnt work, our room was mot even 2 beds like i had reserved but instead 1 bed with 4 pillows and gross, flat pull out bed with no sheets or extra blankets. When we showed them the room was wrong nothing was done and we were told it was too late to be moved and ut was 5 pm, the flood was coverex in sinething sticky and you coukd visibly see it on the wood. For some reason no one there knows that you are supposed to keep coffemate coffee creamer in the fridge. I asked someone to replace the ones that were at eh stand and they literally grabbed a new one off of a shelf. Yes, it was warm. They also said that they have breakfast, but that was a lie. They had muffins, oatmeal, and granola. The rooms were fine, but I wouldn't stay at one again.

I came to check in... Jorge at the front desk did say hello. He just said what's your first and last name. Then i attempted to ask for clean bedding he stated the bedding and then said.
Rooms are old and not well cared for. Despite its advertisement, there is not free breakfast, only packaged muffins. In the morning the lobby was filled with angry guests complaining of a wide variety of issues.
Room missing few critical items: notepad and pen, soap, shampoo, breakfast (packaged candies are not breakfast), need replacement towels everyday, replacement soap bars and 5ml shampoo.
They are under construction the halls were not The halls were dirty no pool as advertised . The rooms were clean the maids took care of that! Front desk evening shift were helpful.
I had several issues with this hotel/room. -The first was that it was no ice machine, nor were the ice trays filled in the refrigerator in the room. -The refrigerator door should have been changed to open the other way for better ergonomic use. -The microwave had no glass plate inside of it. -There were no dishes in the room; no sign at check in that they had to be requested, nor were none offered at check in. -There was a partially used bar of soap in the bathroom. -The shower head was loose and leaked- easy fix... just tig... read more
