Litter and broken down cars loud guests To start, a broken down car in the parking lot. Overflowing trash cans outside, litter on the ground. Check in was fine very nice employee. We got to our room and at 3am there was a woman screaming in the hallway for half hour. The people next to us and across the hall were together and beginning every single night at 6pm until midnight or later it was constant door slamming, kids screaming, and running up and down the halls with a luggage cart. Location, very good. Over all service needs improvement.
Room has bed bugs didnt get 4hrs out of sleep and felt bites on me and my wife body. Checked out at 5am staff said she let them know to come spray again. Room to the very next door had a eviction placard on door. Very uncleanly and unsatisfied with stay
The continental breakfast consisted of hidden valley bars and low quality muffins. Very upsetting. The bathroom had a mediocre amount of shampoo and soap for me and my fiance, and the walls were so thin we heard a couple being intimidate the night we stayed. The bed was comfy even though the bed sheets wouldn't stay on and that was the only good thing about it. The kitchen area was kinda dirty and the bathroom mirror clearly had smudges and was very dirty.
Overnight stay disappointed Not what I expected not as advertised very disappointed overall. Was for overnight business stay. Very uncomfortable room dirty odors in halls and room
Continental breakfast was granola bars, shower didn't work, phone didn't work, ants in our room, spiders in our room, got charged $10 more than I signed off on for 2 of the 3 nights which staff pretty much said ok so? Door key didn't work unless you did it 3-5 times. Staff was NEVER at the desk and took at least 10 mins to come back AFTER I called from the lobby. Overall a very irritating and disappointing stay.
