The pillows were flat, the refrigerator sounded like the motor was going to fall through the floor. There was super loud noise at all hours of the night.
First room had dirty plastic silverware in drawers and towels didn’t look to clean
There were some hairs in a bathtub and towels before I used. Pillows smelled bad.
We drove three hours to be told that we had no reservations so we had to look for a hotel super late super tired and super annoying.
The fire alarm went off a 1045pm and woke me up and it stayed on for 40 minutes!! No fire was very upset
Hooooorrrriiiibbblllee It was horrible. We got a refund. There were blood stains all over the bed sheets. Entrance smelled like cigarettes. That was my first and last time EVER attempting to stay at an Extended Stay Hotel.
Worst stay ever I had to go get room keys over 10 times missed my show because the guy at the front desk can’t comprehend that the cards didn’t work n there was blood on my sheets my our truck was robbed in the parking lot I’ll never go back
I had to switch rooms due to the first room I was placed in had a very foul odor.
