no toiletries in bathroom no ice or ice trays in fridge/freezer nor ice maker anywhere in the facility found someone's hair on pillow no coffee maker in room lame breakfast Coffee at concierge was excellent, though and most of the staff very kind and helpful
Hot and uncomfortable when we walked in the room it was hot. we adjusted the air and it didn't help. we called the front desk and the came and "fixed" the unit. At 1:00 A.M we were tossing and turning but we figured they would do the same thing again so we said forget it, we just will never go back to an extended stay again
Nice but.... It was nice. Bathtubs are too small

Decent enough A little odd very late at night, sort of a local hotel.
We booked smoke free room. But room was all smelling with smoking. With young kids, it was not so well..
No more extended stays plz When I first checked in he gave me a room on the top floor. I thought I walked into someone's room. The trash was still not empty. The bed unmade. Old food from hours prior. I believe someone was still in there honestly I walked back to the lobby to inform front desk. And he didn't believe me. He went to check for himself. Kept saying his system showed a clean room like if I was lying. He finally gave me another room on the first floor. Clean and apologized. I just hate having an issue at every ext... read more
