Staff was rude, and very stand-off. Nothing was stocked in kitchen not even basics (cups, silverware or plates/bowls). I just think after traveling the last thing I should be doing is running back and forth to get simple things. Bathroom only had bar soap no shampoo, conditioner etc. Beds are uncomfortable with heavy, loud plastic mattress protectors. HORRIBLE Had a service animal and was threatened by employee and someone staying until they realized it was a service animal. If i could have got my money back I would have. Horrible experience
Very loud
They put plastic sheets under your bed sheet and it's not comfortable, you hear it, you feel it when you lay on bed, pillows smelly and not comfortable, just local TV channels. Staff not friendly and rude
This extended stay, in particular, seemed to be more of a halfway house for vagrants and the evicted. I will avoid this brand going forward.
Not clean Bathroom was gross not clean, the room and the whole building had a terrible smell
bad AC A/C unit was making noise.
Not up to extended stay level. poor cleaning. Bath tub was having stain marks.
There beds are horrible
