Blood on the sheets We found blood on our sheets. I know another family did as well. The hotel said it wasn't true. This is very gross and un sanitary.
Not the cleanliest
There is no breakfast. They say they offer breakfast and what they place are cookies and cake. And there is no coffee. Horrible. Scam.
Terrible customer service The front desk worker was terrible. She told me of a 21 day maximum stay policy that customer service on the 1-800 number later told me did not exist and lost the company money due to cancellation. My house burned down a few weeks ago, and I had booked 2 nights through Hotels.com, but learned that rates were cheaper through the Extended Stay website, so I booked an additional 21 days direct through them, only to be told the next morning that I would either have to shorten my stay (at a higher rate) ... read more
Just take your number. Day deposit is refundable at check out but have to wait for 7 days and if you r extend the stay through the 3rd party. They refund the deposit and you don't get it back yet have to put another one down
This place sucks Rooms are dirty pots and pans are extremely filthy that the receptionist gives you breakfast is not breakfast cigarette burns all over the tubs hallways stink never again
