Overall it was very bad experience. Although I was not expecting a 5-star facility, this was below even basic facilities. Air-conditioning in the room was so noisy that it felt like you are sleeping close to traffic signal. Even exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy but at least so you shut it off but no such option with AC. I booked two queen sized beds but the beds in room were actually full sized (doesn't matter what hotel staff claims). We had cockroaches coming up the bathroom tub as well as the sink the water was terrible and service was almost non existent

There was a strong smell from the time I walked-in to the building to every floor. Staff was absolutely not friendly at all, they didn't even have paper cups in the room, let alone, pack of tea or coffee, Terrible experience

Dirty with drug and addiction abuse homeless tenants. Felt scared and would not stay here. The staff don’t care about their customers. It smelled like curry and Indian food throughout the property.

Tv wasnt working when i arrived and I told the front desk. After a couple hours i went to the front desk and was told maintenance said they went to my room which they didnt. It was a coincidence that i told the front desk at 4:45 and maintenance left at 5:00. So maintenance didn't come to my room but told the front desk they did. The front desk was nice and surprised I told them maintenance never came despite maintenance saying they did. So long story short i was without tv for my stay.
