We left and demanded a full refund. I will mention only one problem; the smoke detector was covered with plastic, rendering it inoperable. I will never use Extended Stay America again.

EXTENDED DON'T STAY HERE We chose this hotel because we were doing a quick two daytrip between Ohio and Skokie. The room was not equiped with anything, no coffee pot ,had to go to the desk and request one. The phone didn't work to call the desk.We chose this hitel so we could have the breakfast at 7am. Their breakfast included, wrapped muffins,no juice , decaf instant coffee, their coffee had supposedly broken a couple days before. That is not a breakfast. Trashy dirty linens in hallways also garbage cans full. Johnathon Ramirez was very rude; no customer service. I will never come back here

Not responsive, dirty and old decayed property
