The rooms not ready event after 3pm every person was complaining. And there’s no breakfast at all it was snacks and coffee.

This room has a kitchen with unsafe electric elements in the stove. We were told they had no supplies for us to use the kitchen, such as dishes, pots, etc but when we argued they came up with some. We went through three coffee pots that did not work, the last shooting flames out of the outlet when I plugged it in. We had no pots or frying pan to cook with and we were scared to use that stove anyway. We left early because of this. Expedia told me the hotel had to return my money. I never write reviews, but this was a bad experience. The room had a terrible food-like smell and was very low quality. I don’t think I’m ever staying at Extended Stay America again.

I was really unimpressed by this location and it didn’t stand up to others I have stayed at. My room had a very strong cologne scent that gave me a headache overnight. The window was open when I arrived and it wouldn’t close all the way for the evening. I woke up to some bugs on the beg, likely because of the window but not sure. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well, but after driving all day I just stayed and left after only sleeping 4 hours and finding the bugs. I wouldn’t recommend it

Dirty, sticky floor. No ice anywhere. No ice machine. No hair dryer even from desk clerk. Uncomfortable beds. No cases on pillows (2 small). Small television. Worst overnight stay anywhere, ever!
