Clean comfortable room good for overnight stay Good place for short stay (1 or 2 days). Room was quiet and clean but kitchen appliances very outdated. The front desk will offer plates and utensils upon request. Parking lot well lit at night but should have more secure entry for late night check in. Check in process almost had me leaving hotel. The staff was nice the room was really not good, no coffee maker no cups for coffee no blowdryer in room etc just very disappointed for the cost and that I had to ask for the basics to be in my room

Got a dirty room that was not cleaned. Then the new room was still not properly cleaned. Place smelled like smoke and weed. Trash in hallways. Absolutely disgusting!

we were overcharged for the stay

Sheets had obviously not been changed. Food left in room from last visitor .crumbs all over bed. Toilet had not been flushed. Disgusting. Left the property after inspecting the room.

Only 1 pillow in the rom, had to ask for more & for drinking glasses. Take out your own trash but the dumpster is overflowing.

Rooms are 'extended stay' and have a kitchenette, but no plates, no silverware... Also, I was promised by two people in advance of my stay that I would be able to cancel the second night of my reservation upon check-in, without penalty. This was denied me on checkin.

The property was very dirty, the front desk was often not manned, and the staff were impolite. We had bed bugs in the room, protested and got refund. We moved to a different hotel. We had an i-pad shipped to this property. The male staff at the front desk denied that the property received my i-pad even though they had received and kept it. It was the worst experience. No one should go to this terrible hotel.
