The staff is great! Omer and Anna go above and beyond to make people feel at home.
Check in was quick, easy, clerk was very nice. Room is spacious and clean. Only issue is all the hallways smell like food, not in a pleasant way.

This was a nice place, but the hot water at the hottest was tepid, and the toilet clogged. I had to call for a plunger at 1 a.m. The air conditioner seemed to be fritzy, but we got that fixed. It was a little nerve-wracking at first. Oh, yes, and the TV remote didn't work well. BUT overall it was a spacious room, and that space was super-nice for a multi-night stay. The staff was very helpful.

Unsatisfactory The TV did not work. Two lights were burned out. In the evening I requested a paper cup so I could make some tea and I was told they could not provide one to me. No coffee maker or cups in room. They could have very simply given me a cup that they use in the morning for breakfast.
