Very poor customer service I asked 2 different front desk staff on different days for assisstance. They said they can't help, but didnt ask any questions, offer any problem solving options and tried to pass the problems on to others, so I think they were not wanting to help.

Front desk gal made check in easy since I came in later than my partner. Usually some kind of paper cups & kleenex in room, but none. Love that there is small kitchenette for my next stay.

The property is clean safe and quiet. The price was good for a room with a kitchen. The property is within walking distance of a restaurant and shopping mall.

Repair Needed The air vent in the bathroom is missing a cover. The shower has cracks and needs to be resurfaced or a new overlay. There are black bugs flying around the bathroom. The glass rotating plate is missing from the microwave and the bottom lock is completely missing on the door. Nothing has been done since I stayed in room 132 November of 2023

Microwave in the room isn't working well, took too long to warm the food. TV needs upgraded, the sheets has stained on it. The fridge was leaking.
