Good hotel for a good price close to Northwestern. I wish there were more options on the Grab and Go breakfast. Seems more like something I could pick up at a gas station.

the place was reasonably clean and this was the only reason we stayed. Had to ask for dishes and silverware. No maid service daily. Staff looks and sounds like they would rather be anywhere else.

No convenient outlets to charge phone...or even plug in the alarm clock. No coffee in room, lobby coffee was bad. No cups except by asking at the desk. No ice except for a couple unused ice cube trays in the freezer. "Grab and go" breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal packets. I suppose many of these things would be fine if you were staying for a longer period of time but I had only packed for an overnight and was expecting the usual set of things one finds at a hotel.

I liked the staff, but the checking in experience was awful. Apparently I had to be put into a different room and had to come back to repay and called about the wifi and was told I would get a call back for help. I never did.
