Great Stay I/We are very satisfied with our stay at the Extended Stay America, Vernon Hills. The room was clean, quiet and had a great location to nearby businesses. It made our busy stay there excellent. We couldn't have asked for better.

needs improvement The satellite was only showing half the channels, ants in the room, internet not working and very humid in the hotel.

Good Enough The room had a slight off smell to it, but other than that the room was clean and very spacious. The TV was small and the bed was hard, which was alright for me, but may matter to you. The room was just right for my needs, which was a place to sleep and shower. The internet was cheap (five dollars for the weekend), but was dialup so it was very slow. The staff also wasn't too knowledgable in the surrounding area and seemed to be annoyed when asked questions. But it was a great location. Lots of places to eat near... read more

Great location and rate My first time in the area, and I will stay at this hotel again. Located within convenient shopping and restaurant area. Only stayed 2 days but the microwave and large refridgerator came in very handy.
