Okay for a quick one night stop. We had a late check in around 11:30 pm and that was no problem. The room itself was clean but the bathroom was not. The toilet was not cleaned, there was hair all over. the bathroom floor was dirty as well. The towels were either dirty or stained, I was afraid to use them thinking that they were just refolded used towels. The bath mat had a big black smudge on it, I don't want to know what that was. Great value for the room. Our stay was great, the only negative thing was the wifi connection was awful. We did not have wifi at all during the entire stay.

nice htl close for the shoppings we came in much earlier than usual , but we can checked in under the help of the staff of the hotel.

Good sleep It was annoying to need to ask for all the utensils for the kitchenette. Bed was comfortable but needed more pillows. Breakfast was disappointing.
Choosing another hotel next time There was an issue that management would not correct. Maintenance came in room while we were seeing the sights, to check the lock on the door. They turned off AC and TV. The front desk said this was normal. The breakfast is coffee and muffins or cereal bars from the cabinet. Will not stay at this hotel chain again

The guy at the front desk was friendly and professional...we had a few laughs here and there when he was processing my info. The room is clean and the beds were comfortable.
