Average I wasn't expecting too much with the price. The customer service was great - very friendly staff, though only one was on duty at a time and would have to leave the desk frequently to help another guest. They do a great job. The cleanliness was not too great. There were clumps of hair in the tub, lots of old debris in drawers, the kitchen sink had some dried chunks in it. Great place to get drunk for the day This is a nice and affordable place to check out if you plan on getting really drunk and have sex for the weekend.

hotels.com dropped the ball I had to stay because stay the weather was too bad for me to drive home. The hotel service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable. But hotels.com messed up my reservation so it took about 45 minutes to check in. other than that it was great

New Years Eve Stay Room was very clean and it was nice to have a full size fridge. I got to room and smoke detector was beeping, but they got maintenance in to change the battery in 10 minutes. Only complaint would be when I checked in, I asked for late checkout because i was staying new years eve and knew it would be a late night. But at 10:50am, I got a call from front desk, saying we had 10 minutes to check out.

On the whole..a pleasant stay. The non-smoking room had three pillows on the bed. One had an undesirable smell to it. Though I did not need to use the microwave oven, it was not clean inside. The toilet ran all night causing me to have trouble falling asleep.

MY STAY IN EXTENDED STAY AMERICA VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF
