Hotel good, Travelocity no so much. I stayed here when I arrived to O'hare and it was a very good hotel for the price. I booked another night for my departure date, but I had to cancel because I wouldn't make it in time. Cancelling the reservation with the hotel was fast and easy, but getting the money back, wasn't. I was told by the hotel employee that I had to cancel through Travelocity to get my money back. When I went to see the webpage to do that, it had no info or link to actually do it. overall it was an enjoyable stay room was clean, quiet surroundings. it wasn't an over the top hotel, but for the price it was just right.
beds were great, but the kitchen area needs updating and a little cleaner, hotel was quiet

A great stay. This is exactly what you should expect out of a non 5 star hotel. An extended stay with small kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful with information about the area. Everything was clean and a good 4 day stay. The area was safe for my self and my vehicle. Will stay again when I'm in town.

Convenient and clean I had a wonderful stay when I was there. Room clean, staff friendly, central located near the mall and other things to do. Free WiFi was nice but was very slow.. overall I would stay here again

Perfectly adequate for business travel. Very pleasant place to stay. This was my 4th or 5th time there.

Okay for short stay, cleanliness issues Hotel was comfortable enough, but probably would choose elsewhere next time. First room smelled smoky and light wasn't working in bathroom. Second room was not very clean - food remnants on table and hair and other debris in bathroom. Blankets old. Hotel could use updating in general.

Very nice
Well I was looking forward to spending another night there but my flight could not be changed as I had been promised my Hotels.com. Sooooo I ended up paying for a room I did not use the second night. They seemed sorry that the policy could not be changed but since I had left my bag in the room during my business meeting...oh well. I will keep my things in the rental next time just in case.
