Could have been much better I arrived early but was told there was a room ready, but it turned out to be out of commission. The next room they gave me was a handicapped room, which they had not told me. There was no hot water in the shower. They fixed it the next day when I reported it. But the easy chair was a lift chair and it was tilted forward and very uncomfortable so unusable for me as I am very short. pleasure and sight seeing Rooms need baskets for placing used towels, some rooms have baskets and some don't
Horror No housekeeping offered. You can pay extra for it but no guarantee they will actually follow up on it. Do not come with children. The hotel reaks of smoking. Breakfast advertised consists of old packaged muffins. Gross.
Everything amazing except the wifi It was amazing the only downside was the free wifi was complete garbage. My 4g phone was 10x faster

Chicago trip Wanted a non smoking room It smelled of urine, because the hotel is pet friendly. No more non smoking rooms was avail so we where switched to a smoking room. Which was not all that bad, but the smoke when u walked out your room was an issue for us. The customer service was amazing!

We enjoyed staying at the Extended Stay for the 11 days we were in town. It was conveniently located with respect to our oldest daughter's house, so that really helped a lot.

Almost fine It is a nice place, however, it is not nice that the rooms are filthy, found people smoking marijuana in the parking lot and sleeping in the beds is impossible. Employees are kind and the building is in good shape.
