This is the second time that my spouse and I stayed at this particular hotel, and we love it! We love that fact that it has a kitchen and it is a great price per night! We will definately be back!

Extended Stay: Woodfield The hotel staff was friendly, but not entirely helpful. Housekeeping promised they would do our room on a certain day and we never saw them again, so our room was not cleaned by them the whole length of our 10 day stay. Location was good, but the hotel was VERY dry, hubby and I both had trouble with very dry skin despite mulitple applications of lotion. extened stay was in good location close to mall room was small for an extended stay hotel tv was a joke screen was so small needed to be no further than 4 ft from screen staff was pleasant but no service unless you paid extra. needed a cheaper accomadation this trip and got what we paid for

Extended Stay America Woodfield Mall Conven Ctr When we arrived room was already set up, I had called earlier to inform them that I was going to arrive late due to I was leaving straight from the city from work, everything was ok and ready when we arrived, staff was very polite, nobody bothered us while we stayed in this hotel, air conditioner worked very well, I loved it, near everything, I would definately recommend this hotel to everyone!!!!!!

NICE ACCOMODATIONS! The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful with all my requests. The room contained more amenities than I was expecting (i.e. silver wear, dish wear, cooking utensils. Only downside was central heating/air unit was noisy.

My Regular Hotel Was Booked As the title says, my regular hotel for business in the area wasn't available all the nights I needed, so I booked here. The hallways of the hotel smelled horrible. The room smelled clean when I came in, but it had a dingy feeling. The bed was hard and didn't feel like queen sized. Had to pay for slow wireless, which wasn't great. Just didn't feel comfortable at all and wouldn't recommend to a friend nor stay again. Wanted to book another place on the first night.
