SO NASTY we got there no was at the for about 25min, The rooms where so nasty we don't sleep in the beds, the bathrooms had so much hair in it u could make a wig. we didn't get any WIFI, WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY! NEVER AGAIN.
They Gave away our room They did not have our room. We had to drive another 45 minutes to another hotel. And Extended Stay America did not help me find it. I had to find it on my own.
Poor service We had requested a handicap accessible room. Offered room on third floor with no elevator. It would gave been niced to be notified of the non availability before we arrived. Will not be trying this hotel again.
Not happy I reserved a no smoking room. There are even signs stating the hotel is non smoking but the floor i was put on the whole floor smelled like weed and cigarettes and the room smelled of weed as well. I asked for a different room or a refund and was treated rudely from there. The guy Alan stated I had to call Expedia and they would call him and once I did call them he had an attitude with me and with them stating he would not give a refund and would not authorize a transfer. Bed bugs Watch out for room 109 - it's a real treat. It's a non-smoking room but absolutely stinks of smoke. The receptionist gave it a quick Febreze after I mentioned it. Bed was crawling with bed bugs. I was bitten horribly. I was refunded my stay but I would recommend finding somewhere else.
never again hard bed. smelled of smoke. wasn't very clean. loud. very disappointed
The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The room though smelled pretty bad (smoky and moist, typicall old building smell. Overpriced for the value. Would not choose this hotel chain again unless it is newer building.
