Avoid at all cost! Not worth the cheap stay... When we got to the hotel and tried to check in, the process was so incredibly slow! I understand we got in late and just wanted to get to bed; but, the girl at the desk did not seem to be in any hurry. Then when we got to our room, the door was open... like I literally pushed the door open with my hand... Disappointing This Extended Stay is in poor condition. I have stayed in others and was extremely disappointed. Furniture that should have been replaced (visible burn holes, pressboard tables with edges/corners worn away, threadbare blanket) was still in use. Service was poor. When we stayed the overnight temp was in the the 20's. We asked for an extra blanket and was told that there weren't any. We also asked for an extra pillow which we received, but there was no available pillow case. They gave us an extra sheet. I don't b... read more

Halfway house feel Room was clean but decor and appliances were dated. Cups, plates and silverware was removed using the “Covid19” excuse. No breakfast as advertised. Long term flop house feel with multiple questionable guests living on site, questionable characters hanging around outside at night.

Dated and sub par Photos shown are stock photos. Very dated building, sub par compared to other Extended Stay Americas we’ve been to. Would not stay here again.

How about a warning sign. The staff was amazing & super friendly. The room was falling apart. BLACK MOLD!!!!! Yes I said it black mold on the windows & window sills. I cleaned them off because my son & I are allergic to it & we had chest pains & trouble breathing. The tub drain was broken so you had to hold it down with your foot to drain while taking a shower. Cabinets were sticky so I cleaned them as well. I bought cleaner & cleaned the room. Plus you felt like you were going to go through the tub while showering. I don’t ... read more

I was turned away for smoking in room, which I did NOT smoke in room, I am a nonsmoker and was expected to pay a deposit in order to stay, so I turned it down, why pay EXTRA for something I don't do...
