Disappointed. I had a ground floor room that was rather noisy. About midnight, I could hear the couple across the hall arguing and about 4AM I was awaken to a group outside. I have stayed at a few of the Extended Stays and this one did not live up to what I have had in the past.

The exit door near our room was extremely loud - especially when used after midnight. The options for breakfast were too limited. No cold beverage options. Ran out of coffee twice in the morning.

Old smelly rooms... Needs updating Old, terrible smelly rooms.needs a update asap. Just checkout other hotels in Blue Ash.

Hair in shower,trash in aink. No coffee pot, no hair dryer. Worse place i have ever stayed.

No elevator so had to carry suitcase up stairs to get to room. No parking after concert - parking lot not enough light - had to park a nice distance away from door

Never again! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They didn't have any wash clothes when we needed them. They said it was because they just fired their night shift laundry person but that had nothing to do with me. They did not supply enough cookware or utensils for a family of 4 which I made clear on my reservation. The frying pan they supplied would not hear up for anything. Ended up having to use the pot to cook everything in. The room was very small and the internet did not work for anything! It kept logging me out every tim... read more

I won't stay there again. Getting from floor to floor was very confusing. Outside door left open the whole time I was there. I thought the room looked clear enough but I did find a bug in my bed, not sure if it was a bedbug but I did not get a good night's sleep.
