I was very disappointed in this hotel The structure of the hotel was nice. But the management has obviously chosen to spend minimal money on the upkeep of their business. I've stayed in other Extended Stay America's in Denver and San Diego, and thought they were kept up nicely and I will certainly return to them. But I won't stay at this E.S.A. in Cincinnati again simply because it is quite rundown and not maintained well at all. It seemed like the type of hotel that would charge hourly rates.

Not worth it Air conditioner didn't work. No plastic cups in the room. Parking lot was hazardous.

Good work, poor sleep Layout of the room was very good. You could take a shower without disturbing sleeping person. Working area was situated in such a way that was able to work without disturbing sleeping person. Hotel was being remodeled. We were not told beforehand. Bed suitable for the Flintstones, not humans. No dishes, utensils, pots or pans, cooking utensils, coffeemaker, ice in room when we got there. Very disappointed.

Never again By error I stopped at 2 wrong locations in the same area for the same hotel (arond midnight). ALL THE SAME: horrible staff training and attitudes. The first 2 did nothing to help figure out the right address. You would expect employees to treat you as if they were in the "hospitality industry". They even told me that my reservation was not in their system, which 15 minutes later happened to be wrong. HVAC was not working, but although Summer, I was freezing in the night. The room did not look like the pictures. The pictures were the updated rooms that the hotel was working on. The room smelled like stale smoke. We called to see if we could check in early and was rudely told no. I was also very upset that the construction started directly about our room around 8 in the morning. On a Sunday. Don't expect to be able to sleep in.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in This hotel was completely awful, stains on floors, blood on the bathroom wall , uncomfortable bed and pillows, nasty old furniture. Would never return

This hotel is under construction, no sleep What a horrible experience. We had construction going on all 3 days. Even Sunday morning. Early hammering, drilling, pounding, forklifts at our window lifting carpet to room above us. Difficult to sleep or relax All outdated, Full kitchen had no utilities to cook with. No coffee maker, cups, plates, forks, etc. No hair dryer, bathroom was clean. Had to drive over brand new carpet in the parking lot, to get our car out of our parking spot. Felt so uncomfortable we left When we arrived the sheets were dirty and the staff quickly changed them for us. However, the bathroom was sticky, covered in hair and had dead bugs. My wife felt so uncomfortable that we decided to check out and take a loss.

Had to ask for coffee pot and silverware 1-2x and never received. No hairdryer in room. Had to ask 3x for them to clean our room and after the 3rd time someone finally came, however, left the wet towels on the floor. I was also told my management that they do not clean the rooms unless you are their at lest 7 days. I was at another extended stay and did not have the same experience.
