it was not as clean as expected
Great for the price Older looking suite. 1990 called and wants their kitchen back. Otherwise clean and serviceable
Everything hotel front desk associate was great
Everything was good and clean. I did not find kitchen as it use to be with dishes etc. But I still found everything satisfactory.
My main issue was that our reservation was downgraded from 2 queen beds to 1 queen and a crappy sofa bed. And all the clerk could say was 'Orbitz overbooked, nothing we can do.' And when I asked for a reduced rate, 'You booked online, nothing we can do.' Probably we will not be staying at ESA any more.
The room was very small, there was no outlet on the left side of the bed. There was an odd odor in the room when we check
