The room was very small, there was no outlet on the left side of the bed. There was an odd odor in the room when we check

I didn’t have linen for the pull out bed. In room 233. Everything else was good.

Second time's the charm! This was my second stay at this location. I thoroughly enjoyed it last July when my son and I stayed several days, so when I planned my next few trips, I chose this location. Staff was friendly, our room was clean, it was (mostly) quiet as hotels go. And the location was superb...right between the places we had plans to go. I'll be back in June!

Great service The staff here was wonderful from checkin to breakfast to checkout. We were offered anything we might need. All of the staff were really nice and accommodating. I have rarely seen someone who cleaned all thoroughly than Mary. She was following all the covid protocol and beyond. The bed was uncomfortable and seemed rather small. The foldout couch was as expected. The room was clean.

Just OK for one night Desk staff was very helpful in getting us into a room fast (even "upgraded to suite" to get us to room faster). However, the rooms need a lot of updating. Fine for a one night stay but definitely need a refresh. Also the soap provided was terrible. And the "grab and go" breakfast was literally just packaged muffin or granola bar and coffee. Would have been nice to have a water and fruit option.

Great place to stay. Very convenient from highway. I would book it again if needed. Restaurants close by.

My main issue was that our reservation was downgraded from 2 queen beds to 1 queen and a crappy sofa bed. And all the clerk could say was 'Orbitz overbooked, nothing we can do.' And when I asked for a reduced rate, 'You booked online, nothing we can do.' Probably we will not be staying at ESA any more.
