The hotel is generally in a bad area of town and the hotel smells weird and feels generally dirty and grimy and out of date. That said, it did the trick when we needed a last minute booking after our VR BO rental was double booked (people were in our rental) and the company and landlord would do nothing to remedy the situation. Lesson learned...dont use VR BO they have no support or customer assistance.

I had stayed here before @5-6yrs ago and no issues. No major issues this time either, but pretty run down. Paid $200 for the night which was way too much. There was a Yankees v Reds game across the river so maybe that’s why. The bfast was a table the size of a desk with coffee and a basket of granola bars. There are two or three other hotels on the block. In the future, Ill spend the extra $60/night to stay at one of them.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't like that the lobby smelled like cigarettes and our room could have been cleaned better.
