The staff was amazing. They were super friendly every time we saw them. The room however needs updating and possibly a good cleaning. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see out of them, the bed only had 3 pillows for two people and they small. The toilet barely worked and the shower would lose pressure and would not get very warm. While there were issues, for the price it wasn't bad. If you are needing somewhere cheap and relatively clean to stay, I would recommend extended stay.

The room was fine but the bathroom had a few issues. The biggest was the exhaust fan was very loud and if you turned on the bathroom light, the exhaust fan fired up. The exhaust fan did not even draw the moisture out of the bathroom. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay near downtown Cincy, it is fine.

The “breakfast included” was coffee and instant plain oatmeal. The “fully stocked” kitchen I was told about upon speaking to reservations before our stay was not stocked with anything. No cups, mugs, plates, bowls,utensils, serving spoons, no pots or pans, no coffee maker. We chose to stay here so we could cook and avoid eating out and save money.We had to eat out everyday and night costing hundreds and hundreds of dollars extra.
