Receptionist wasn't the nicest Rooms are updated and cute! Checking in the receptionist wanted to make it a point that the room was a non smoking room. I don't smoke and it was annoying that it was an assumption to begin with. Other than that great! We had to change our reservation date and it was easy.

Good Value For the price it wasn't a bad place at all. All in all it was well worth the money

Great Convinient Hotel My stay was perfect, I haven't had any problems. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I originally planned to stay 2 nights but ended up staying another night at this hotel. I came to Cincinnati to compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournament and I asked staff lady named Chandra to put me somewhere quiet. My room was right on the corner and I got a needed rest. It's was a good hotel. The property is located right off the freeway and easy to get to. The hotel staff was friendly and able to assist when asked for help.
