You really need to have someone at the front desk to check people in. We waited for 45 minutes and then finally abandoned the reservation and went somewhere else

We specifically asked for a non-smoking room and we're put into rooms that someone clearly had smoked in. Also bed linens did not smell clean.

The staff was professional and polite. After being out all day when I awoke the room was full of roaches. Room appeared clean and updated but bugs were coming out of where the television was located.

Carpet in room dirty. Smelled like smoke We found a crack pipe right when we walked in and unfortunately no other rooms or hotels to go too since it was graduation weekend. Everyone was booked

There were many stains all over the room. I felt very dirty in the room. The pictures online were very misleading. When I first got there I had to swap out myself the top bedding because it had stains on it. 3 of my 4 towels either had stains or dirt on them.
