Great spot! Was just driving through the area and needed a place to sleep. Hotel is not fancy but the staff is excellent & friendly. Tge bed was comfy & I felt safe (single female traveling alone). Would stay there again.

Tons of value for your money This place is great for a cheap price. Dated but nicely maintained. Room was clean with fresh paint. Nice flat screen. Friendly staff. A/C worked well. Water was plenty hot in the shower. Hauling my stuff on the cart was strange as there was no place to get back up the curb and I had to go around the building to the wheelchair ramp. "Breakfast" is a granola bar, which doesn't really matter much to me. Tons of value here for the price.

Extended stay America Review The room was clean. It is next to a very busy highway, so the room was very noisy. You have to ask for plastic cups at the front desk, and the desk clerk had trouble finding them. The bed was comfortable. For the price, an OK stay.

A quiet night despite it all Other than the night club next door, I had no issues. And they kept the beat down pretty well, and their clientelle caused no problems, so it was only anticipation that bothered me. The room was clean enough, even though the room showed its age. The full-size refrigerator was a welcome surprise!

Would have been nice to have a newspaper in the morning. Wasn't anything that close to buy one. Otherwise the stay was nice.

Nice, inexpensive, and comfortable For the price, Extended Stay in Springdale could not be beat. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was out when I got there, but otherwise, I had no complaints about the two nights I spent there and if I needed to, I would definitely stay there again.
