Low price, average hotel This was a fine hotel. Very transient feeling since some folks actually "live" there. Very nice staff, ok rooms, and quiet.
North Olmstead Stay The hotel accommodations were good. Day laborers stayed at the hotel and carried into the hotel carpeting some pretty unsightly dirt. The carpeting should have been vacuumed and the elevators mopped. The biggest problem was the breakfast. I knew it was going to be a very modest breakfast. Two of the three mornings there was no coffee. The cream for the coffee was all sweetened. Plain half & half would have been fine. This was disappointing such that I will not return.

Nice hotel close to a big shopping centre We liked this hotel very much close to lots of food places. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Just an overnite stay near airport Great staff very helpful with direction. Also helped with printing my boarding pass
Average Pet friendly hotel-Ask4dishes on check-in Solid building and friendly by over-busy staff. It's kind of like apartment or dorm living. If my wife didn't always have to travel with her dog, I wouldn't have picked this place.
Hotel exceeded expectations and Staff very helpful Hotel was booked on short notice and for a short stay with a late check in. Hotel room was clean and neat and allowed our group to get ready, organize, and prepare for our day at the Cavs Championship Rally and Parade. Hotel workers were very helpful in sharing information about the transit options to get the parade.
