Good place to stay stayed overnight and we had no problems, staff was kind, good filling free breakfast in the morning and a nice pool area to enjoy

Smoke Hotel smelled of smoke from residents. Sort of uncomfortable feeling knowing that people are living here.

Very Friendly Staff We arrived to the hotel in the middle of a brown out. The staff was very friendly and checked each room to find us one with atleast partial power. We got to our room and surprisingly the heat and the tv were still working. The girl at the front desk was such a sweatheart and was very appologetic. We witnessed her get screamed at by another customer because the power was out and she was very respectful when she tried to explain to the man that it was the entire street and there was nothing they could do. Homestead near Cleveland Hopkins Airport OH The room was clean and comfortable with a good kitchen. There is a large refrigerator, microwave, two burner stove, sink, and nice counter space. My only complaint is that they charge $4.95 per stay for internet access. That may be reasonable for someone staying for a week, however, it is too expensive for a one night stay. Other places offer internet access for free. Homestead should follow suit.

Needs to Update We have stayed here mutiple times in the past & their have been no upgrades which are badly needed. Mattresses are old & uncomfortable & shouldn't make noise when you move on them. Furniture is old. Utensils were dirty. Size of the room was very adequate. Safety bar needs to be installed in tub area for senior citizens. This hotel just needs to be freshened up.

The hotels was in a great location. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The entrance smelled of smoke. We got off the elevator to find our room and the whole hallway smelled of cigarettes. Thankfully our room did not. Our room wasn't the cleanest either. There were course black hairs on the toilet seat, the silverware in the drawer appeared to have dried food on it, the mattresses were broken down with springs poking through and the hotel only provided one pillow per person. Was this my best choice? We were in town to attend a Christian retreat for 3 days. We have stayed in the area before and with this hotel when booked through a different site. But for some reason this time we were assigned a "non" smokers room but it was evident that there had been smokers in it recently and the smell just intensified over the weekend. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not strong enough to clear shower steam. You are given a single complimentary packet of coffee for the three cup pot for the entire weekend. ... read more

Good value This was a very no-frills hotel, which accounted for the low price. No housekeeping or towel service, breakfast or shampoo. No pool or workout room. Room was spacious and clean enough to the eye, although corners and behind furniture could use vacuuming. Location was great -- close to landmarks, restaurants and Target. Staff was friendly. Towels and toiletries were available upon request at the front desk. I would stay there again for the price. Ample parking.
