Bed slept in and solid, had to change my own bed sheets, no follow up room service the following morning and heard NOTHING from management.

I did not ask for cooking utensils. Stove and fridge were clean

Horrible experience, hair found in shower wall before our shower. Old food in fridge with eggs. Found dirt all over bead frame over head. Floor and carpet was sticky when we entered, not cleaned at all. Heard loud banging on door twice and believed somebody was trying to break in. Felt unsafe and left at 1am to sleep in car somewhere else. Found out next day I got two separate charges for two rooms when I only paid for 1 room still awaiting response from hotel. Will never bring my family here again.

The lobby had an odor. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. A woman in a crop tank top and short shorts said "he'll be down in a minute". No professionalism. The bed was absolutely horrible and my back still hurts from sleeping in it. I woke up at 6am and drove home.

Don’t think we will stay here again…. Was just a short stop for us but it was not clean.
The reason you stay at an Extended Stay America is for the kitchen, but it does you no good if they have no plates, utensils or cookware in your room. They straight out told me to go buy some, as they were not going to have enough for everyone. The staff is rude and unaccommodating, not sure if that is due to the mismanagement of the property but, they need to fix that fast. The property is aging and not kept up.
