The lobby had an odor. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. A woman in a crop tank top and short shorts said "he'll be down in a minute". No professionalism. The bed was absolutely horrible and my back still hurts from sleeping in it. I woke up at 6am and drove home.

Don’t think we will stay here again…. Was just a short stop for us but it was not clean.
The reason you stay at an Extended Stay America is for the kitchen, but it does you no good if they have no plates, utensils or cookware in your room. They straight out told me to go buy some, as they were not going to have enough for everyone. The staff is rude and unaccommodating, not sure if that is due to the mismanagement of the property but, they need to fix that fast. The property is aging and not kept up. Found roaches around the room and a used bandage on the bed.
Got there and our room wasn’t ready once we got into our room we had dirty towels and our sheets were dirty
Close to restaurants and a mall. Facilities very worn. Breakfast area smaller than 1/2 the size of our room. Didn’t even entertain eating there. No lobby. Very deceptive. Just a desk. Our room wasn’t ready until an hour after check in time. No toiletries. Tiny tube of shampoo. No coffee. Would not recommend or book again. One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed.
The whole facility was very dirty and unkempt. The bathroom drains didn’t drain . The air conditioners suck and make weird loud noises. The hall ways were filthy full of trash and crumbs everywhere. I understand busy but there is a difference between being busy and just lack of effort to provide clean rooms. Even the parking lot was pretty bad.
