Not bad, not great No hairdryers in room, no shampoo or conditioner, just one bar of soap. Room was fairly clean. It's in a good location and we felt safe. Service at the desk at night (for check-in) was ok, but didn't follow through on a request for a map of the area. She said they don't have them anymore, but she would print one off and slide it under the door. She never did. Person on morning shift for check-in was very pleasant and attentive. Great room for the money Great room for the money
Repeat Guest Each time I come to Cleveland I stay here. It is clean, quiet and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Great value for the money, so - why stay anywhere else?
ecxellent value Excellent location near the Cleveland airport. Having the kitchen makes breakfast easy and convenient with the Walmart within walking distance for groceries.
Excellent choice Will go back and stay in my future visits. Excellent price for studio with separate bedroom and kitchen. Great location right off interstate.
COMFORTABLE BED SLEPT WELL ON THE BED.
Room is dirty. The kitchen has grease dripping down from exhaust hood. Exhaust filter is seemed never been cleaned. Not sure why, but the smoke alarms are wrapped up with plastic bags. When I was waiting to check in, there is a guy, look more like homeless with scooter ran in the hall way. I would say, this place is more like a low income apartment rather than hotel. There isn’t hair dryer in the room, I called to front desk and was told, no hair dryer at all. lol
