cleveland We stayed at the hotel, Thur. 8/5 to Mon. 8/8. It started out very comfortable at the hotel, fell asleep thur night around 11pm. At 12:30 the people in the room above came in, and it sounded as if they were playing basketball, for a little over an hour, a constant pounding and bouncing. The next night was pretty much the same, and the next night. When I finally called the front desk to complain about the noise. They told me they would call the people and ask them to quiet down. Good Night's Stay This was a single night stay that was very solid, convenient and pleasant. There were no hassles, except for the hallway renovations, which the workers helped to minimize from an inconvenence point of view. It was easy to find, with ready access to shopping, restaurants and highways. While the motel is not fancy, it is an excellent value.

Not bad, not great No hairdryers in room, no shampoo or conditioner, just one bar of soap. Room was fairly clean. It's in a good location and we felt safe. Service at the desk at night (for check-in) was ok, but didn't follow through on a request for a map of the area. She said they don't have them anymore, but she would print one off and slide it under the door. She never did. Person on morning shift for check-in was very pleasant and attentive.
