What i liked when i first arrived was the friendliness from the front desk clerk when i first arrived she was very helpful and very nice and professional...she tried solving some concerns i had but couldn't not. I just appreciated her trying to be accomodating. The next day i spoke with another attendant and shebwas fairly rude and didnt really care about my concerns. Absolutely love the staff, although it was New Year eve and day, we heard no loud music or parties

I paid for (3) nights but stayed only (1) night and was unable to use the key to enter the room on the 3rd night. As i arrived after hours, the desk was unattended and unable to help me.
