Great place for the price. Room was clean and location was perfect.

Slightly disappointing, but adequate. Had no garbage can. Asked for one and was promised one, but never arrived. TV had cable channels but not standard channels such as NBC, etc.. Otherwise fine.

Okay option for price The staff was friendly and accommodating when approached. The bedding and floor were clean. The shower/tub and kitchenette were showing their age. The tub appeared unclean. While it was advertised to have pots, pans, plates, flatware, etc. these were in very limited supply and

Kind staff during my difficult time Staff was very helpful & kind during my difficult time . My husband is in ICU and I stayed near Cleveland Clinic at one of your locations . It was the small gestures they did that meant a lot. Both locations (North & South) Customer service has gone by the wayside in many businesses in the past two years but I’m so glad it hasn’t here at these locations . Bravo ladies
